Se folosesc in special tapete de hartie si tapete pe baza de polimeri mono sau policolor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Tapetul din PVC flexibil expandat, fara suport, cu grosime de 2,3 mm, este neinflamabil, cu rezistenta la lumina, mucegaiuri, lavabil, care se fixeaza pe suprafete neregulate (negeluite), poroase, cu proprietati termo si fono izolante. Tapetele de hartie de calitate superioara imprimate cu diverse culori, grofate, lavabile sau catifelate se utilizeaza, de asemenea, la acoperirea peretilor.&lt;span class="Apple-converted-space"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O alternativa la modalitatile clasice de finisare a peretilor interiori este un produs extrem de practic si elegant, care imbina caracteristici ale tapetului lavabil cu aspectul natural al zugravelii clasice. Daca un interior necesita o noua zugravire sau vopsire, acest tapet ramane pe perete drept suport, iar culoarea se reimprospateaza sau se schimba fara alte operatiuni pregatitoare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Se poate aplica pe beton, tencuiala, BCA, gips-carton si, in general, pe orice suport (lemn, metal, plastic, etc.) cu conditia ca adezivul sa fie corespunzator. In plus, are rezistenta mecanica, este netoxic, usor de montat, ignifug, permeabil la vapori de apa, aer si rezistent la umiditate (pretabil la spatiile cu umiditate crescuta - bucatarii, bai). Eu cred ca se poate daca respecti cateva reguli obligatorii:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1.Alegerea unui proiect de constructie adecvat ,fara adaosuri suplimentare si inutile de spatiu construit.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Multe&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;persoane de la noi gandesc casa in stil romanesc: imensa, beton mult,pereti despartitori&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;numerosi,negandindu-se la ceea ce au nevoie cu adevarat si la ceea ce reprezinta o casa:un refugiu si un loc de petrecut cu familia.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;De aceea la noi se construieste masiv cu spatii inutile.supradimensionand constructia.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Este bine sa ii explici proiectantului de cati bani esti dispus sa investesti.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;2.Alegerea unor&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;material de constructie adecvate ,nu ieftine, ci care sa reduca din costurile ulterioare de finisaj:de ex. caramida de calitate economiseste tencuiala,are capacitate portanta fata de BCA si deci reduce din dim.grinzilor; &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;lemn de calitate , o sapa turnata bine reduce consumul de adeziv pt. gresie;etc.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;3.Alegerea unei firme de constructie mici , cu experienta.Firmele mari lucreaza&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;mai dezorganizat decat cele mici,au tendinta de a face risipa de material si energie,si nu acorda maxima atentie unui singur proiect de lucru.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;4.Supravegherea atenta a lucrarii de catre beneficiar&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;pentru a evita furturile de materiale, pentru a evita risipa,si pentru a arata interesul acordat lucrarii.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;O casa pentru o famile obisnuita poate costa numai jumatate din pretul&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;altei case cu acelasi rol.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Depinde numai de cel care ,,gandeste’’ casa: de la inceput pana la sfarsit. &lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_7qDSypiuWsg/TRyNYOLmy9I/AAAAAAAAAKk/Raa9Cnc5c_o/s1600/wooden-house-v3.png"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor: pointer; width: 288px; height: 188px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_7qDSypiuWsg/TRyNYOLmy9I/AAAAAAAAAKk/Raa9Cnc5c_o/s200/wooden-house-v3.png" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5556471487531502546" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inainte de a incepe o casa din lemn trebuie sa cunoasteti avantajele dar si dezvantajele acestora:&lt;br /&gt;Avantaje&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- casele din lemn se pot executa în orice anotimp.&lt;br /&gt;- timpul necesar constructiei unei case la cheie este de maxim 100 zile lucratoare.&lt;br /&gt;-  lemnul este un excelent izolator termic, rezistenta pe care o opune  trecerii unui flux termic este de 300 de ori mai mare decât a otelului  si de 10 ori mai mare decat a betonului.&lt;br /&gt;- casele pe structura de  lemn cu pereti tip „ sandwich” asigura un consum redus de energie pentru  încalzirea locuintei pe timp de iarna si racirea pe timp de vara.&lt;br /&gt;-  lemnul este un material elastic ce asigura rezistenta constructiei la  seisme cu magnitudine de peste 8 grade pe scara Richter .&lt;br /&gt;- durabilitatea este mare în conditiile în care se asigura protectie împotriva focului si putrezirii.&lt;br /&gt;- peretii tip 'sandwich' ofera o foarte buna izolatie termica si fonica.&lt;br /&gt;- durabilitate în timp a constructiei, contrar prejudecatilor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-  lemnul este un material 100% natural, 100% reciclabil, nu polueaza  mediul nici la punerea în opera, nici in procesul de fabricatie cum se  întâmpla cu betonul sau otelul.&lt;br /&gt;- garantia pentru structura de  rezistenta este de 50 ani, iar durata de viata a unei case pe structura  de lemn poate depasii usor 100 de ani.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dezavantaje&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Lipsa de furnizori materiale si firme profesioniste, lipsa traditiei/experientei in Romania pe aceasta tehnologie&lt;br /&gt; Ca miez sunt folosite placajele sau MDF&lt;br /&gt;Ca strat decorativ sunt folosite furnire din lemn natural, imitaţii de lemn sau diverse modele fanteziste. &lt;p&gt;Prin lambriu se înţeleg piesele din lemn masiv prevăzute cu nut  şi feder. Lemnul profilat se fabrică frecvent din molid. Faţa vizibilă  poate fi prevăzută cu un profil configurat (casă rustică, softline  etc.). Suprafaţa poate fi tratată cu un lac incolor, vopsită cu vopsea  pe bază de ulei sau ceruită. Apoi puteţi aplica glazură colorată, vopsea  lavabilă sau lacuri.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Pentru îmbrăcarea tavanului este  necesară o construcţie suport din scânduri rindeluite. Scândurile se  fixează prin înşurubare la distanţe de circa 60 cm, perpendicular pe  direcţia de aşezare a îmbrăcămintei.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru racordarea tavanelor de  lambriu la perete este potrivită o ramă de mascare a rosturilor. Pentru  aceasta folosiţi şipci rindeluite de cca. 6 cm lăţime şi de grosimea  scândurilor suport rindeluite.&lt;br /&gt;Aceste şipci de mascare a rosturilor se vor fixa de tavan la fel ca şi structura suport.&lt;br /&gt;O latură îngustă a acestor şipci va fi tăiată diagonal pentru a sta mai bine în locul de trecere de la tavan la perete.&lt;br /&gt;Înaintea  pozării lambriului trebuie verificată planeitatea şi orizontalitatea  structurii portante cu nivela cu bulă şi eventual corectată cu ajutorul  unor adaosuri subţiri. Toarte speciale sau şuruburi distanţiere  facilitează ajustarea structurii suport.&lt;br /&gt;Fixaţi cu cuie câte o clemă de capăt pe structura portantă.&lt;br /&gt;Federul  aflat în primul rând de scânduri se rindeluieşte. Se rindeluieşte  respectiv se îndepărtează nutul primului rând astfel încât să rămână o  suprafaţă netedă de conexiune.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Apoi scândura se presează cu federul în clema de capăt şi se fixează  dinspre latura cu nut de feder cu o clemă profilată, cu ajutorul unui  aparat de plantat cuie, a unei şurubelniţe sau cu un capsator, în  funcţie de tipul clemei. Se pozează următoarea scândură şi se fixează cu  cleme, aşa cum am explicat anterior. Operaţiunea se repetă până când  terminaţi de acoperit suprafaţa dorită.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Pentru a fixa invizibil şi ultima scândură se folosesc cleme speciale de încheiere.&lt;br /&gt;Racordarea  la perete se poate face cu scânduri de tavan cu muchia profilată la  45°. Scândurile de închidere se fixează cu cuişoare sau cu adeziv pentru  montaj.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mai exista si lambriul din PVC, mai ieftin, mai usor de montat dar fara a avea farmecul celui din lemn. Alt dezavantaj observat de mine este faptul ca electrizeaza repede.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pretul manoperei este mic :10 ron/mp,iar timpul de executie foarte redus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div clădiri trebuie să țină cont de  calitatea materialelor de construcție, de factorii financiari și nu în  ultimul rând de confortul pe care îl va experimenta proprietarul în noua  locuință. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Când faci alegerea între cărămidă și BCA este  indicat să ai în vedere aceste aspecte – raportul preț/calitate,  rapiditate în execuție, eficiență, economie de materiale, rezistență,  durabilitate etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Pentru cei mai mulți dintre noi, cărămida  continuă să reprezinte un etalon în clasa materialelor de construcție.  Chiar dacă este un compus foarte vechi, numeroasele calități îl mențin  în topul preferințelor constructorilor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Sunt cunoscute și apreciate durabilitatea,  siguranța și rezistența de care dă dovadă cărămida. Construcțiile din  blocuri de cărămidă prezintă izolație fonică și termică, rezistență la  foc/umiditate/insecte, stil, confort, stabilitate, valoare pentru  viitor. Este de înțeles de ce, de-a lungul secolelor, oamenii preferau  acest material pentru ridicarea caselor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Cărămida este favorită și pentru dimensiunile  sale. O grosime de 375mm a pereților exteriori este ideală pentru ca  locuința să fie solidă, ferită de frig sau de caniculă. Iar cărămida  prezintă această grosime. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Atracția pentru acest material este ușor de  înțeles, cuantificând plusurile de care dă dovadă. Totuși, tehnologiile  moderne nu au reușit să conceapă un alt element cu trăsături superioare  cărămizii? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; BCA-ul pare o invenție care concurează serios  cărămida. Fabricat din nisip, apă, ciment, respectiv calcar calcinat și  var, acest produs natural reciclabil este un excelent termoizolator, mai  ușor decât cărămida, rezistent la foc, simplu de instalat, cu o  izolație fonică foarte bună și cu un raport preț-calitate de invidiat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Manopera este cu aproape 50% mai ieftină decât  în cazul unei construcţii din cărămidă. Dar, pentru ca o casă executată  din BCA să prezinte eficiență și calități superioare, este obligatoriu  ca blocurile să fie aliniate perfect, mortarul să fie cel indicat de  către producătorul de BCA, grosimea elementului să fie de 30cm, orice  denivelare să fie înlăturată și praful rezultat în urma șlefuirii  îndepărtat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Datorită caracteristicilor tehnice deosebite, izolarea termică, fonică sau ignifugă nu mai sunt necesare. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Singurul neajuns al BCA-ului constă în lipsa  calităților portante. De aceea este recomandat doar pentru pereții care  nu suportă greutatea imobilului, structura de rezistență fiind executată  cu cadre din beton armat sau elemente metalice. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; Dintre cele două materiale, pe care îl preferi pentru construcția casei? Daca fiecare camera este inchisa de usa sau usi atunci nu prea conteaza ca ati ales o culoare mai aparte dar daca aveti camere care raman deschise mereu si sunt foarte tranzitate, putandu-se astfel observa foarte bine paleta coloristica utilizata pentru fiecare in parte atunci trebuie sa va ganditi la o solutie pentru ca nuantele diferite sa nu va afecteze prea mult estetic sau emotional. &lt;br /&gt;Daca folositi culori tari, total diferite sau contrastante s-ar putea ca spatiul dumneavoastra intim sa para ca un urias puzzle cu piese disparate, divers colorate.&lt;br /&gt;In continuare va oferim cateva sfaturi simple pentru a realiza o trecere armonioasa intre culorile diferitelor camere. Este de preferat ca in toate camere cel putin parchetul sa fie de aceasi culoare si calitate. Daca nu aveti parchet atunci solutia este sa folositi covoare sau mochete care sa aibe cele doua culori din cele doua camere. Nu va faceti griji, culoarea peretilor nu trebuie sa fie exact aceasi cu culorile de pe covor, una din ele poate fi mai inchisa sau mai deschisa ca nuanta, pentru ca ochiul uman le va percepe ca foarte apropiate. Dintre acestea, o mare parte se datoreaza pierderilor termice. O simpla diagnosticare termica a imobilului în care locuiti (în cazul în care stati la bloc va fi necesar sa cereti sprijinul administratorului si sa aveti acordul celorlalti locatari) va va permite definirea lucrarilor prioritare de efectuat, evaluarea costurilor si rentabilitatea lucrarilor necesare.&lt;br /&gt;Sistemele de izolare termica compozite sunt utilizate de circa 40 de ani in izolarea termica a peretilor exteriori ai cladirilor. Ele imbraca practic la exterior intreaga cladire, creand o manta termica continua.&lt;br /&gt;Termosistemul este o solutie de izolare termica a constructiilor la exterior.El se utilizeaza pentru îmbunatatirea performantelor termoenergetice la constructiile verticale, noi sau vechi, pe suprafete de zidarie (de caramida, blocuri ceramice, BCA,BCU) sau beton, suprafetele putând fi tencuite sau netencuite&lt;br /&gt;Pentru a realiza acest lucru se îmbraca constructia cu un strat de polistiren expandat sau extrudat de fatada, care se acopera apoi cu un pachet armat de mortare.&lt;br /&gt;Termosistemul reprezinta o structura compusa din:&lt;br /&gt;- strat de mortar adeziv&lt;br /&gt;- strat termoizolant - placi din polistiren expandat ignifugat&lt;br /&gt;- strat de protectie din mortar adeziv armat cu plasa din fibre de sticla&lt;br /&gt;- strat de grund pentru fixarea stratului final&lt;br /&gt;- strat final - tencuiala decorativa, vopsea lavabila de exterior&lt;br /&gt;Termosistemul se poate aplica pe toate straturile suport portante (zidarii, beton, fatade tencuite, placaje diverse). Planul Urbanistic General - P.U.G. - reprezinta planul in care se evidentiaza zonificarea functionala a orasului si se stabilesc axele principale de circulatie.Acesta cuprinde documentatia pe baza careia se elibereaza certificatele de urbanism si autorizatia de construire in teritoriul unei localitati. &lt;br /&gt;2. Planul Urbanistic Zonal - P.U.Z. - este planul in care se detaliaza zone determinate din Planul Urbanistic General, cuprinzand suprafete de cateva hectare. &lt;br /&gt;3. Planul Urbanistic de Detaliu - P.U.D. -stabileste conditiile de amplasare si exxecutare pe un anumit teren a uneia sau mai multe constructii cu destinatie precizata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organele de avizare solicita un Plan Urbanistic de Detaliu, fara a mai fi necesara intocmirea P.U.Z.de regula, pentru terenurile individuale de dimensiuni mici si medii. Aceasta intrucit aria de acoperire a unui P.U.Z. este prea mare si scara la care este redactat proiectul nu permite realizarea detaliilor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.U.D. constituie suportul tehnic si legal al conditiilor cuprinse in Certificatul de Urbanism, care sta la baza obtinerii Autorizatiei de Construire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C.U. - Certificatul de Urbanism indica solutiile concrete si precise de construire a unui teren individual si de aceea solicitand un CU poate fi necesara intocmirea unui PUZ in urmatoarele situatii: &lt;br /&gt;o cand terenul este extravilan si trebuie introdus in intravilan; &lt;br /&gt;o daca nu exista un PUZ efectuat si avizat anterior, iar nivelul de sistematizare existent al zonei impune efectuarea acestui studiu; &lt;br /&gt;o daca din motive intemeiate se intentioneaza modificarea prevederilor unui PUZ existent si aprobat. &lt;br /&gt;PUD este solicitat in urmatoarele situatii: &lt;br /&gt;o daca amplasamentul in cauza nu intra in zona de cuprindere a unui PUD deja aprobat; &lt;br /&gt;o daca regulamentul de urbanism si regulile generale stabilite de PUZ nu sunt suficiente pentru a defini conditiile de construire; &lt;br /&gt;o daca se intentioneaza modificarea prevederilor unui PUD existent si aprobat. &lt;br /&gt;Solicitantul unui CU este obligat sa comande proiecte de urbanism necesare organelor de avizare, pe cheltuiala sa, insa beneficiarul acestor proiecte (PUZ, PUD) este administratia locala, indiferent de cine plateste intocmirea acestora. Odata aprobate, acestea fac obiectul unor decizii si nu vor putea fi modificate decat prin alte proiecte echivalente. Un teren nu poate fi construit decat in conformitate cu planul de urbanism aprobat, indiferent de cate ori acesta este vandut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preexistenta unui PUD pentru un teren care se doreste a fi achizitionat nu este neaparat un avantaj, mai ales daca tematica initiala difera de utilizarea dorita a terenului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Existenta acestor planuri ofera insa o certitudine asupra conditiilor de construire si a randamentului terenului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Documentatiile de amenajare a teritoriului si de urbanism se fundamenteaza pe studii si cercetari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avizele necesare aprobarii documentatiilor de amenajare a teritoriului si de urbanism se emit de catre organele administratiei publice centrale sau de autoritatile administratiei publice locale. Dupa intocmirea lor de catre institutiile autorizate, acestea sunt depuse la autoritatile competente in vederea avizarii, care trebuie sa se pronunte intr-un termen dat. Avizul necomunicat la termenul stabilit de maxim 30 zile, se considera favorabil. &lt;br /&gt;2. Modificarea documentatiilor de urbanism: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Documentatiile de urbanism sunt sunt reexaminate periodic pentru a fi adaptate noilor conditii economice, sociale si tehnice. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Autorizarea executarii constructiilor se face insa numai in anumite conditii, respectiv: - procentul de ocupare a terenurilor de catre constructia ce urmeaza a fi edificata sa nu depaseasca limita maxima stabilita; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procentele de ocupare sunt :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;0. in zonele centrale - 80% &lt;br /&gt;1. in zonele comerciale - 85% &lt;br /&gt;2. in zonele mixte - 70% &lt;br /&gt;3. in zonele rezidentiale, respectiv: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;o exclusiv rezidentiale cu locuinte P, P+1, P+2 - 35% &lt;br /&gt;o rezidentiale cu mai mult de 3 niveluri - 20% &lt;br /&gt;o predominant rezidentiale - 40% &lt;br /&gt;o conditii de orientare fata de punctele cardinale, de drumurile publice, caile navigabile;&lt;br /&gt;o asigurarea acceselor obligatorii (carosabile, pietonale);&lt;br /&gt;o de racordare la retelele publice; Acest lucru este necesar pentru ca adezivul sa se lipeasca bine si pe termen lung sa nu apara defectiuni in ceea ce priveste suprafata gresiei. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stabilirea inaltimii la care va fi montata faianta &lt;br /&gt;Al doilea pas este sa ne gandim pana la ce inaltime vom monta faianta, sau daca o vom monta de sus pana jos. In cazul in care vom monta faianta de sus pana jos montarea se va incepe de jos de la podea si se va monta un rand complet de faianta dupa care se va continua in sus pe perete. Atunci cand doriti sa montati faianta pana la un anumit nivel al peretului se va incepe montarea de la acel nivel spre podea. Indiferent de cum doriti sa montati faianta ( pe intreg peretele sau doar partial) pentru a nu pierde directia este bine sa folositi un cordon pentru colturi. De asemenea pentru a nu gresi distanta dintre placile de faianta este indicat sa folositi distantieri pentru gresie sau faianta. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aplicarea adezivului pe perete &lt;br /&gt;Urmatorul pas este sa aplicati adezivul pe perete si sa il intindeti cu un spaclu dintat. Este indicat sa incepeti cu o portiune mica mai ales ca nu aveti exeprienta si pe masura ce capati incredere puteti mari suprafata. Asezati placile de faianta pe adeziv si apasati-le pentru a le fixa. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trebuie sa aveti mare grija la modul de imbinare al colturilor interioare si exterioare. In ceea ce priveste colturile exterioare faianta trebuie sa fie mai lata decat adezivul aplicat iar pe peretele opus marginea va fi montata inapoi la latimea imbinarii. Acest lucru este important pentru ca intotdeauna o suprafata bine montata cu faianta sau gresie se recunoaste la o prima vedere dupa modul de imbinare. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chituirea rosturilor &lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce ati terminat de montat intreaga suprafata cu faianta se va incepe procesul de chituire a rosturilor. In prealabil rosturile trebuie bine curatate de orice urma de adeziv. Se amesteca materialul praf pentru chituire cu un rotor de la bormasina si se intinde materialul in diagonala pe suprafata inclusiv in rosturi cu ajutorul unei raclete de cauciuc sau mai simplu cu un burete. Materialul pentru chituirea rosturilor trebuie bine intins in rosturi astfel incat sa nu ramana niciun spatiu liber. Excesul de material trebuie indepartat iar suprafata se va curata mai intai cu un burete ud si apoi cu o carpa uscata. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In ceea ce priveste alegerea culorii chitului de rosturi nu trebuie sa mergeti neaparat pe culori ca alb sau gri. Puteti utiliza si culori mai intense si asftel veti obtine efecte vizuale extrem de interesante. Trebuie doar sa va puneti imaginatia la incercare si sa amestecati chitul pentru rosturi cu culoare speciala pentru chituri. In magazine gasiti o varietate foarte mare de nuante. Atentie insa : pentru a vedea care este culoarea pe care o veti obtine si pentru a nu gresi alegand o culoare nepotrivita trebuie sa faceti o mostra pe care o veti lasa sa se usuce. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taierea faiantei sau a gresiei &lt;br /&gt;Atunci cand trebuie sa taiem faianta (si cu siguranta nu veti scapa de aceasta operatiune) cel mai bine si cel mai comod este sa folosim masina de taiat gresie. &lt;br /&gt;Daca trebuie sa faceti taieturi pe marginea faiantei cel mai bine ar fi sa folositi un cleste. Nu va faceti probleme pentru marginile neuniforme pentru ca le veti putea acoperi cu rozete. Pentru taierea faiantei mai puteti folosi panze de bomfaier speciale pentru gresie sau un fierastrau electric, depinde de ce anume aveti prin casa. &lt;br /&gt;Pentru a realiza deschideri in faianta trebuie sa desenati exact punctul in care trebuie sa faceti gaura. Pentru aceasta operatiune puteti folosi un ferastrau circular sau o freza pentru decupare. O suprafata este considerata dreapta daca diferenta de nivele este mai mica de 1 mm pe o lungime de 1m liniar. Bucati de fibra pot fi folosite pentru a nivela mici deviatii, acestea contribuind si la o izolare termala si fonica. Diferentele de nivel trebuiesc aduse la parametrii descrisi anterior inainte de-a monta parchetul.&lt;br /&gt;In functie de tipul suportului pe care se va face montajul se vor face anumite pregatiri.&lt;br /&gt;      Pentru suprafete de lemn&lt;br /&gt;- Eliminati orice capete de cuie si umpleti golurile dintre scanduri pentru a avea o suprafata cat mai neteda.&lt;br /&gt;- Daca montati parchetul laminat la etaj, incercati sa reparati podeaua utilizand holt-suruburi si surubelnite pentru a nu strica tavanul de la etajul inferior.&lt;br /&gt;- Verificati existenta unor tevi sau cabluri electrice in parchet pentru a evita acele zone cand bateti cuie sau insurubati holt-suruburi.&lt;br /&gt;- Incercati sa nivelati diferentele de nivel ale podelei prin aschierea zonelor inalte si umplerea zonelor joase.&lt;br /&gt;     Pregatirea suprafetelor din ciment&lt;br /&gt;Unele suprafete de ciment au zone mai ridicate ce vor trebui nivelate, dar cel mai usor se realizeaza nivelarea cu ajutorul unei sape autonivelante.&lt;br /&gt;In acest caz se amesteca un compus asemananator cimentului intr-o galeata cu apa, dupa care se toarna continutul pe suprafata cimentata. Sapa autonivelanta se va intinde pe suprafata cimentata si va egaliza denivelarile. Se recomana o perioada de uscare de o zi/ mm de sapa autonivelanta inainte de-a monta parchetul laminat. Adica daca avem 30mm inseamna ca ar fi recomandabil sa asteptam 30 de zile pana la uscare.&lt;br /&gt;Protectie la umiditate&lt;br /&gt;Se recomanda utilizarea unei folii de nailon sau a altor materiale ce impiedica raspandirea umezelii ca un prim strat al suprafetei pe care se va monta parchetul. Grosimea foliei poate fi pana in 2 mm.&lt;br /&gt;     Protectie fonica&lt;br /&gt;Pentru a evita sunete neplacute, precum scartaitul parchetului se recomanda utilizarea unui strat de izolator fonic, o membrana cu grosime de circa 2 mm.&lt;br /&gt;     Usile&lt;br /&gt;Asigurati-va ca usile se pot deschide si dupa ce s-a montat parchetul laminat. Pentru aceatsa plasati sub usa o bucata de parchet laminat, iar sub acesta materialele izolatoare si vedeti daca usile se mai deschid cum trebuie. In caz ngativ marcati pe usa cat trebuie sa taiati din aceasta pentru ca totul sa fie in regula.&lt;br /&gt;Daca ati mai planificat operatii legate de tevile si firele de curent realizati-le inainte de-a va monta parchetul.&lt;br /&gt;     Taierea parchetului laminat&lt;br /&gt;Va trebui sa taiati parchetul laminat pentru a se potrivi cu forma camerei in care este montat. Dimensiunile trebuie sa fie mai mici cu circa 15 mm decat marginile efective ale camerei pentru in timp parchetul se mai modifica din punc de vedere al dimensiunilor si exista riscul de-a se “umfla”.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru taiere folositi un fierastrau puternic si incepeti taierea de pe suprafata ce nu are model pe ea, evitand astfel deteriorarea aspectului placii. Asigurati-va ca taietura este dreapta pentru a evita aparitia unor spatii goale datirate taieturior strambe.&lt;br /&gt;       Alegerea directiei de montare&lt;br /&gt;Majoritatea producatorilor recomanda instalarea pe lungimea camerei. Acest lucru nu este insa obligatoriu daca placile rezultate devin foarte lungi si greu de manevrat.&lt;br /&gt;    Montarea primului rand&lt;br /&gt;Puneti prima placa cu la perete si folositi doua distantiere pentru a obtine o distanta de cel putin 15 mm pana la perete. Verificati alinierea si daca unghiul este drept. Dupa aceea adaugati o noua placa la prima avand grija la imbinari. In acest mod construiti primul rand de placi.&lt;br /&gt;Aveti grija la sfarsitul randului sa masurati corect cat va mai trebuie, luand in considerare si distanta de 15 mm.&lt;br /&gt;     Inceputul unui nou rand&lt;br /&gt;Cand incepeti un nou rand utilizati o placuta de cel putin 30 cm lungime pentru a sigura stabilitate randului. Evitati ca imbinarile placilor sa fie coliniare. Ideea este ca sa nu aveti nici o imbinare pe aceeasi linie pe doua randuri consecutive. Evitand asta obtineti un parchet mai rezistent&lt;br /&gt;    Ultimul Rand&lt;br /&gt;Cand ajungeti la ultimul rand trebuie sa masurati cu exactitate dimensiunile necesare luand in considerare si cei 15mm, precum si modul de inserare a placilor de pe acel rand, doearece ele trebuie sa intre sub un anumit unghi incident placilor de pe randul anterior cat si peretelui.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru a da stralucire parchetului laminat maturati-l dupa incheierea lucrarii sau aspirati-l cu peria lasata jos.
